This preliminary phase is dedicated to the analysis and detailed planning of the greenhouse, taking into account both technical and production aspects.
The activities include:

Evaluation of the selected crops, agreed upon with the customer and an analysis of the production site, with particular attention to climatic, environmental, socioeconomic and energy factors.

Study of the crop requirements, considering climate, nutrition and production goals (e.g. yield in kg/m²).

Evaluation of the greenhouse in terms of its envelope, including structure and covering.

Assessments of the technological systems to be adopted for climate and production management, such as lighting, fertigation and cultivation.

Study of the potential market, both locally and internationally, to optimise commercial opportunities.
